An effort to catch up

There is a lot going on in our world and I will surely never officially catch up but here are just some of the happenings....

Real Salt Lake soccer game

 Pumpkin picking...

 Framing the basement

 Carrie Underwood concert

 First Pinewood Derby

Hot chocolate after trick or treating tradition, despite the fact that it was incredibly warm

California 2012

Clearly I am more than behind on blogging but I am determined to get back on it because I love going back and seeing all the things we've done.

So a few pictures from our California trip in August...

Steak & Shake in Vegas- Delish.

 My handsome Mister Palmer

                                                     Goofy's Kitchen Character Dinner

                                                             Lots of driving at Autopia.

Angel's baseball game. Definitely the highlight for Dustin.

Nate with Cinderella. Gavin ran from her.

                                                      Newport Beach. An absolute blast.

Wish someone could have carried me!

Demolition Derby 2012

Saturday we went to the Salt Lake County Fair's Demolition Derby.

We've tried a few different ones

and this one is our favorite by far.

Gavin was in heaven. He loves numbers and he loves cars.

So cars that have numbers that crash is awesome in his book!

I don't know if even Disneyland in a few weeks will top this!

Possibly the cutest thing ever.

Back to School

Today was the first day of 3rd grade. Yep, I have a 3rd grader.

How did that happen?

Nate and his pal Chris

Not too long ago they were going to kindergarten and looked like this...

Happy first day of 3rd grade!

It's going to be a great year!

Puppy Love...

Duncan

8 weeks old

Likes to play, sleep, eat and play.

May 4 2012

As I waited to get sealed for time and all eternity to my hubby,

I spoke with the temple matron.

She said a lot of wonderful things that spoke to my heart,

one of my favorites being...

" God has a way of fixing things"

Well ain't that the truth!

Forever.

Nate's Baptism

Nate was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Saturday, April 7th 2012.

We were very thankful to all of the friends and family who came out to support Nate on this special day.
